Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
YUMI BOTANICALS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- In order to make a cancellation request, you may email customer service at supportindia@vanabotanicals.com
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of the receipt of the products.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the YUMI BOTANICALS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- YUMI BOTANICALS reserves the right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders/ orders and such cancellation has occurred more than once.
Return Policy:
- You may place a return request within 48 hours from the date of delivery. When a shipment is returned after it has been delivered, your return request may be approved on the basis of the quality checks conducted by our team. The refund will be initiated once the Product(s) have been picked up from your location.
- Within 24-48 business hours of us picking up the Product(s) from your location, the refund for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. The amount may not appear in your account for another 5-7 working days
Refunds, Replacements, and Returns:
- You understand that a return request may be made for a part of your order or for your entire order. You understand that the return option is only available in the following scenarios:
o Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or
o Product/(s) that arrive in damaged packaging; or
o A wrong product has been delivered.
- YUMI BOTANICALS shall not be obligated to accept returns for any product that is not spoilt, wrong or damaged.
- You understand that a replacement request is subject to availability of stock. If a replacement cannot be carried out due to non-availability of stock, the amount will be refunded to you. You understand that you can only raise a replacement request for the same product if the product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, is wrong or has been delivered in a damaged package. You acknowledge that a replacement request cannot be placed for a different product, an exchange of a product will not be permitted under any circumstances.
